Return Policy / Pick up orders / Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

-Returns are due 14 days from date of delivery or purchase. Must be unworn, unwashed, no hair or odor, and have tags still attached. For a store credit only. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

-In store returns/exchanges.  Please bring your bagged items into the store for a return or exchange. Must be within 14 days of purchase or delivery. You will receive your receipt with a store credit issued at the bottom. 

-Store Credits. Store credits are to be used in store only for in store returns. Online returns will receive a gift card via email to be used online or in the store. We DO NOT keep record of store credits. We are not responsible for lost store credit receipts.

-Online returns/exchanges. Please ship your returned items back to our storefront. We will email you with a gift card credit in 1-2 days when we receive your return. To exchange an item you can repurchase the sizes needed (if available) when we process your return and email you a gift card.

We are not responsible for lost packages, please contact USPS for that! 

Store credits: We use returns in the form of gift cards via email for online orders. They expire in 1 year. To redeem, enter gift card code at checkout under promo code.

In store returns are given a store credit on the return receipt at the bottom. These CANNOT be used online and we are not responsible for lost store credits or gift cards.

 

Please understand that we are a small business with just one store. Our inventory is quickly rotating and therefore have the 14 day policy with store credit only.

 

All online inventory is taken off the sales floor.

 

You can return items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Has tags attached
  • No odors, stains, tears, etc.
  • Free from hair and debris

 

 *returns may be subject to a restocking fee*

Wildwood Boutique has the right to refuse the return transaction.

Pick Up Orders

If you select local pickup at checkout, we bag your order and place safely at our store. You will get a confirmation email when your items are ready to pickup and you can stop down whenever you can during our open hours to pick it up! Just walk in tell us your name and you are picking up.

-You can send anyone to pickup your order

-Your confirmation email is your receipt

-You can pickup anytime/day during our hours

-If you do not pickup your items within 2 weeks your order will be refunded

-Please let us know asap if you accidentally selected pickup and wanted shipping or vice versa

-Pick up orders are ready within 1 hour if we are open. If you order on a Sunday or Monday, you will not get a confirmation email for pickup because we are closed and will confirm it when we are open

Shipping

We offer $5 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the US.

We ship orders within 1-3 days. You will get a confirmation email to verify we received your order, then a shipping email when we ship it out. Please check your email, Sometimes these emails go to your junk folder.

We only ship out orders during our business hours.
